Refunds & Delivery

Before your code is issued

You can cancel for any reason and get a full refund, as long as we have not yet sent you the voucher code. Email [email protected] with your order number and we will refund to the method you paid with. Card refunds go back through PayHere; bank transfers are returned to the account the money came from.

If we cannot source a voucher you have paid for, we refund you in full without you having to ask, and we will tell you rather than leaving the order sitting.

After your code is issued

Once a voucher code has been sent to you it cannot be returned or refunded. This is not a policy we chose lightly — a voucher code is the product itself, it is single-use, and we have no way to verify it is unused or to put it back into stock once it has left us.

The exception is a code that does not work. If a code is rejected by the vendor when you try to redeem it, tell us straight away and we will replace it or refund you in full. Please contact us before the voucher’s own expiry date — we cannot replace a code that has simply run out of time.

Delivery

Vouchers are delivered by email to the address on your order, by a person rather than automatically. In practice that is usually the same day and almost always within one working day. You will hear from us either way: if there is a delay sourcing a particular voucher, we tell you.

There is nothing physical to ship and no delivery charge. If your code has not arrived when you expected it, check your spam folder first, then message us on WhatsApp or reply to your order email.

Wrong exam, changed your mind

Exam codes are easy to mix up and several look alike. If you realise you have ordered the wrong voucher, tell us before the code is issued and we will swap it for the right one or refund you. After the code is issued we cannot, for the reason above — so if you are unsure which exam you need, ask us first and we will check with you before sending anything.

Prices

Prices are shown in Sri Lankan rupees and that is what you pay. We do not add a card surcharge or a currency conversion at checkout. Vendor exam fees are set in US dollars and move over time, so a rupee price here can change — the price you are charged is the one shown when you place your order.
