Welcome to induwara.lk ("induwara.lk", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Induwara Ashinsana from Sri Lanka. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at https://induwara.lkand the tools, content, and features we provide (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

induwara.lk provides free online tools, calculators, converters, and related content — including, among others, an AI voice generator, document and text utilities, and Sri Lanka–specific calculators. The Service is provided for general informational and practical use. Calculators and outputs are provided for guidance only and are not professional, legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. Always verify important figures against official sources before relying on them.

2. Accounts

Most tools are usable without an account. Some features (such as posting comments or requesting tools) require a free account verified by email. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purpose;
• submit content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, infringing, or that violates others' rights or privacy;
• generate audio or other output impersonating a real person without their consent, or for fraud, spam, or harassment;
• attempt to overload, disrupt, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, or circumvent rate limits or security measures of the Service;
• resell or commercially redistribute the Service or its outputs in violation of these Terms or any applicable third-party terms.

4. User content and comments

You retain ownership of the text and content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content (for example, comments or tool requests), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, moderate, and use it to operate and improve the Service. Public comments are displayed under a pseudonymous handle by default; you can choose to display your name. We moderate content (including with automated tools) and may edit, hide, or remove anything that breaches these Terms, without notice. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information.

5. Third-party services

Some tools rely on third-party services to function — for example, our AI voice generator sends the text you provide to a third-party text-to-speech provider to produce audio. Your use of such features may also be subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and the rights you have in any AI-generated output may be governed by the underlying provider's terms — please check them before commercial use.

6. Intellectual property

The Service's design, code, branding, and original content are owned by Induwara Ashinsana and protected by applicable laws. You may use the tools and their outputs for your own lawful purposes. You may not copy, frame, or republish substantial parts of the Service without permission.

7. Payments and refunds

The core tools are free to use. Where we offer any paid or premium feature, the price and what it includes will be shown clearly before you pay. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store your full card details. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees are charged in the currency shown, and any refunds are handled according to the refund terms presented at the time of purchase. We may change pricing for future purchases at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Tool outputs (including calculator results and AI-generated audio) may contain errors or become out of date. You use the Service and its outputs at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Induwara Ashinsana and induwara.lk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
