EX200: Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
The EX200 exam voucher costs Rs 99,400/= at induwara.lk, payable in Sri Lankan rupees by card or bank transfer. It is an official single-use voucher for the Red Hat exam, not a practice test or a training course. The voucher is valid for 12 months from purchase. After payment our team confirms your order and sends the voucher code by email.
What this voucher is
Sitting EX200: Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)? This is the Red Hat exam voucher, priced locally. It is the exam fee itself — a single-use code you redeem when you book your exam with the vendor's testing provider. It is not a training course, a practice test bundle or a study guide.
Each voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, so you can book the exam when you are ready rather than the day you buy.
Who sits this exam
EX200: Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) is aimed at system administrators, network engineers and support staff. It sits at associate level and assumes some hands-on experience with the platform. These are the foundations most cloud and security tracks assume you already have.
Why buy it here
Vendor exam fees are quoted in US dollars, which means the rupee price you actually pay depends on your card's rate on the day and whatever your bank adds on top. Here the price is fixed in rupees — Rs 99,400/= — so what you see is what leaves your account.
You can pay by card through PayHere, or by direct bank transfer if you would rather not put an exam fee on a card. Both are confirmed by us before anything is sent.
How delivery works
Delivery is handled by a person, not a script. Once your payment is confirmed, our team contacts you and sends the voucher code to the email address on your order. That usually happens the same day, and you will hear from us either way — if there is any delay sourcing a particular voucher, we tell you rather than leaving the order sitting.
If you need an invoice for an employer or a training budget, say so when you order and we will issue one against the order number.

Questions
Not applicable — Red Hat describes EX200 as a hands-on, practical, performance-based exam that requires candidates to undertake real-world tasks on live systems, not a multiple-choice paper

What you get, and what happens next
What you get
One official single-use exam voucher for EX200, EX200: Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), covering the exam fee in full. It is a code, not a study course and not a practice test. There is nothing physical to ship and no delivery charge.
When it arrives
Emailed to the address on your order once we have confirmed the payment, by a person rather than automatically. In practice that is usually the same day and almost always within one working day. If sourcing a particular voucher is going to take longer, we tell you rather than leaving the order sitting.
How long it stays valid
12 months from purchase. Book and sit the exam before it expires, a code that has simply run out of time cannot be replaced, so do not buy months ahead of when you plan to use it.
How you redeem it
Redeemed with Red Hat when you schedule the exam, either remotely or at a testing location of theirs.
If the code does not work
If the vendor rejects it when you try to redeem it, tell us straight away and we replace it or refund you in full. Contact us before the voucher’s own expiry date.
If you do not pass
A voucher covers one attempt. A retake needs a new voucher, and the vendor, not us, sets how long you must wait before sitting the exam again. Check the vendor’s retake policy before you book.
Changing your mind
Full refund for any reason as long as we have not yet sent the code, including if you realise you have ordered the wrong exam, which is easy to do when codes look alike. Once the code has been sent it cannot be refunded, because the code is the product and it is single-use. Refunds & delivery in full.

The complete published study points for the RHEL 10 version are listed on Red Hat's EX200 exam page
Where it leads
RHCSA is the foundation credential for Red Hat system administration, and Red Hat names IT professionals pursuing higher certifications such as RHCE among the exam's intended audience — so it is the entry point to the Red Hat certification ladder rather than an endpoint. Red Hat also lists DevOps professionals wanting to demonstrate the fundamentals of container technology as part of the audience. Renewal can be achieved by retaking the exam, by earning a new certification at the same level, or by advancing to a higher-level certification, which renews lower-level ones.
Sitting this exam in Sri Lanka
Red Hat offers EX200 as a remote exam that can be taken from home or wherever you are, so a candidate outside Colombo is not dependent on travelling to a testing room; the alternative is an individual exam on a preconfigured laptop that a Red Hat proctor monitors remotely. This is the most expensive product in this group, but Red Hat states that candidates who are unsuccessful on a first individual exam attempt are eligible for a free retake — one free second attempt for every paid first attempt on the same exam — which materially changes the real cost of a first try. Results come by email rather than on screen, so plan around that if you need the certificate for a job application deadline. Red Hat's pages are inconsistent on how long that takes: the training and certification FAQ says three United States business days, while the individual exams page and the certification program guide both say five business days — plan for five. Note also that the exam is based on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10, so buy study material accordingly.
Where these details come from
Every fact on this page was read off the vendor’s own documentation. Vendors change exam content, pricing and retirement dates without notice, so check these before you book.
Which version of Red Hat Enterprise Linux is EX200 based on now?
Red Hat's exam page states the exam is based on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10. This matters when choosing study material: the published study points now include configuring access to Flatpak repositories and installing and removing Flatpak software packages alongside the traditional RPM tasks. Preparation aimed at the RHEL 9 version of the exam is out of date on that objective.
Is the exam multiple choice?
No. Red Hat describes it as a hands-on, practical, performance-based exam that requires you to undertake real-world tasks. You perform live administration work rather than answering questions. Red Hat states that internet access is not provided during the exam, and physical materials are prohibited — so do not plan on bringing notes or books.
Do I get a free retake if I fail?
Yes. Red Hat states that candidates who are unsuccessful on their first individual exam attempt are eligible for a free exam retake, and its certification program guide describes this as one free second attempt for every paid first attempt on the same exam. The guide also states that after a first failed attempt there is no waiting period and you can schedule the free retake immediately. Beyond that free second attempt, you pay again.
How long does the exam take, and what is the pass mark?
We are not going to quote figures Red Hat does not publish. Red Hat's certification program guide says exams are timed and directs candidates to the official exam detail page for the duration of each specific exam — but the EX200 page does not state a duration, and neither the exam page nor the program guide publishes a cut score. Confirm the time allotted when you book.
When do I get my result?
By email, not on screen — and Red Hat's own pages disagree on the wait. The training and certification FAQ says you will receive an email with your official results within three United States business days of completing your exam, while the individual exams page and the certification program guide both say five business days. Plan for five.
How long does RHCSA stay valid?
Three years from the date earned. Red Hat states that renewal must be completed before the expiration date and that expired certifications must be earned again from scratch — there is no grace period that lets you renew late. You can renew by retaking the exam associated with your highest-level certification, by earning a new certification at the same level, or by advancing to a higher-level certification, each of which renews certifications at that level and below.
Can I sit EX200 from home?
Yes. Red Hat states that remote exams 'can be taken virtually from your home or wherever you are, completing an end-to-end path to certification through online testing'. The alternative is an individual exam on a preconfigured laptop that is remotely monitored by a Red Hat test proctor. Red Hat's remote exam preparation materials cover setting up your hardware and running a compatibility test, so work through those well before exam day rather than on the morning.
Do I have to take Red Hat's courses first?
No, there is no mandatory prerequisite. Red Hat recommends Red Hat System Administration I (RH124) and II (RH134), or the RHCSA Rapid Track course (RH199), but explicitly accepts comparable work experience as a system administrator on Red Hat Enterprise Linux as preparation instead.
Where to go next
