The Fortinet NSE 6 - FortiMail 7.4 Administrator exam voucher costs Rs 33,000/= at induwara.lk, payable in Sri Lankan rupees by card or bank transfer. It is an official single-use voucher for the Fortinet exam, not a practice test or a training course. The voucher is valid for 12 months from purchase. After payment our team confirms your order and sends the voucher code by email.
What this voucher is
NSE 6 FortiMail Administrator is the official Fortinet exam voucher, sold in Sri Lankan rupees. It is the exam fee itself — a single-use code you redeem when you book your exam with the vendor's testing provider. It is not a training course, a practice test bundle or a study guide.
Each voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, so you can book the exam when you are ready rather than the day you buy.
Who sits this exam
NSE 6 FortiMail Administrator is aimed at SOC analysts, network engineers and anyone moving into a security role. It is a specialty exam covering a focused area rather than a broad role. Sri Lankan banks, ISPs and BPO firms hire against named security certifications, and the exam fee is usually the part that stalls people.
Why buy it here
Vendor exam fees are quoted in US dollars, which means the rupee price you actually pay depends on your card's rate on the day and whatever your bank adds on top. Here the price is fixed in rupees — Rs 33,000/= — so what you see is what leaves your account.
You can pay by card through PayHere, or by direct bank transfer if you would rather not put an exam fee on a card. Both are confirmed by us before anything is sent.
How delivery works
Delivery is handled by a person, not a script. Once your payment is confirmed, our team contacts you and sends the voucher code to the email address on your order. That usually happens the same day, and you will hear from us either way — if there is any delay sourcing a particular voucher, we tell you rather than leaving the order sitting.
If you need an invoice for an employer or a training budget, say so when you order and we will issue one against the order number.

Passing score
Pass or fail. Fortinet does not publish a numeric cut score. The exam page states only "Scoring: Pass or fail. A score report is available from your Pearson VUE account." Fortinet's exam FAQ adds that the grade reflects whether your number of correct answers is above or below the minimum required to pass, and that the overall grade comes from the total correct answers across the exam rather than from performance on any one topic. Section subscores appear on the score report for reference only.
Prerequisites
No prerequisite to register for or sit the exam. To be awarded the NSE 6 in Cloud Security certification you must hold the NSE 4 FortiOS certification and pass one proctored NSE 6 Cloud Security exam within 2 years. Fortinet's recommended experience for this exam is 3 years with networking, 1 year with network security, and a minimum of 6 months hands-on with FortiMail.

What you get, and what happens next
What you get
One official single-use exam voucher for NSE 6 - FortiMail 7.4 Administrator, NSE 6 FortiMail Administrator, covering the exam fee in full. It is a code, not a study course and not a practice test. There is nothing physical to ship and no delivery charge.
When it arrives
Emailed to the address on your order once we have confirmed the payment, by a person rather than automatically. In practice that is usually the same day and almost always within one working day. If sourcing a particular voucher is going to take longer, we tell you rather than leaving the order sitting.
How long it stays valid
12 months from purchase. Book and sit the exam before it expires, a code that has simply run out of time cannot be replaced, so do not buy months ahead of when you plan to use it.
How you redeem it
Book the exam with Pearson VUE as normal, then enter this code at the payment step instead of paying the fee. You choose the date, and whether you sit it at a test centre or from home with OnVUE proctoring.
If the code does not work
If the vendor rejects it when you try to redeem it, tell us straight away and we replace it or refund you in full. Contact us before the voucher’s own expiry date.
If you do not pass
A voucher covers one attempt. A retake needs a new voucher, and the vendor, not us, sets how long you must wait before sitting the exam again. Check the vendor’s retake policy before you book.
Changing your mind
Full refund for any reason as long as we have not yet sent the code, including if you realise you have ordered the wrong exam, which is easy to do when codes look alike. Once the code has been sent it cannot be refunded, because the code is the product and it is single-use. Refunds & delivery in full.
What the exam covers
Initial deployment and basic configuration — SMTP fundamentals, basic setup, and high-availability clusters
Email flow and authentication — authentication configuration, secure MTA features, and access control rules
Encryption — SMTP encryption, identity-based encryption (IBE), and IBE user management
Server mode and transparent mode deployment
Where it leads
Combined with the NSE 4 FortiOS certification it earns the NSE 6 in Cloud Security certification, and an NSE 5 or NSE 6 Cloud Security certification is in turn a prerequisite for the NSE 7 in Cloud Security certification. Holding an NSE 7 certification is itself one of the prerequisites for NSE 8, which requires NSE 4 FortiOS, an NSE 5 or NSE 6 certification in any track, and an NSE 7 certification in that same track. In practice this exam is the credential that moves a mail administrator from keeping the mail server running to owning the security gateway in front of it.
Sitting this exam in Sri Lanka
This exam is sat by messaging and email security administrators, and in Sri Lanka that most often means engineers at system integrators and in-house IT teams who already support a Fortinet deployment and own the mail gateway in front of it. As an NSE 6 exam it can be sat from home in Sri Lanka through Pearson VUE's OnVUE online proctoring as well as at a Pearson VUE test centre — Fortinet's 21 September 2026 move to test-centre-only delivery applies to NSE 7 exams only, and Fortinet has confirmed NSE 4, NSE 5 and NSE 6 exams keep both options. Fortinet prices the exam at US$200 excluding tax, which a candidate registering directly has to settle in dollars on an international card. Buying the voucher here at {{PRICE}} settles it in rupees instead.
Where these details come from
Every fact on this page was read off the vendor’s own documentation. Vendors change exam content, pricing and retirement dates without notice, so check these before you book.
NSE 6 - FortiMail 7.4 Administrator exam fee and questions people ask
How long is the NSE 6 FortiMail Administrator exam and how many questions does it have?
Fortinet allows 65 minutes and the exam contains 30 to 40 questions. It is one of the shorter Fortinet sittings — the current NSE 7 architect exams all run 75 minutes.
What score do I need to pass?
Fortinet does not publish a passing percentage. The exam page says only that scoring is pass or fail and that a score report is available from your Pearson VUE account. Fortinet's exam FAQ adds that the grade reflects whether your number of correct answers is above or below the minimum required to pass, and that it is based on total correct answers across the exam rather than on any single topic. Section subscores on the report are for reference only.
Do I need to pass another exam before I can sit this one?
No. Nothing blocks you from registering for and sitting the FortiMail exam first. The NSE 4 FortiOS certification is a requirement for being awarded the NSE 6 in Cloud Security certification, not for taking this exam, and Fortinet asks that you pass one proctored NSE 6 Cloud Security exam within 2 years. Fortinet's recommended background is 3 years of networking, 1 year of network security, and at least 6 months of hands-on FortiMail work.
Which FortiMail version is the current exam based on?
FortiMail 7.4. Fortinet's exam description page is titled Fortinet NSE 6 - FortiMail 7.4 Administrator and shows the status as Available, and the exam does not appear on Fortinet's discontinued-exam register as of 17 September 2026.
Is this the same as the new FortiMail Workspace Security exam?
No. Fortinet's release register lists NSE 6 - FortiMail Workspace Security 26 Administrator as an October 2026 release, and the NSE 6 in Cloud Security certification page lists it as a separate elective alongside FortiMail Administrator. It is an additional exam, not a newer version of this one, and it does not retire the FortiMail 7.4 Administrator exam.
Can I sit it from home in Sri Lanka?
Yes. Fortinet has confirmed that NSE 4, NSE 5 and NSE 6 exams continue to be available through both OnVUE remote proctoring and Pearson VUE test centres. The change Fortinet is making on 21 September 2026, removing OnVUE delivery, applies only to NSE 7 exams.
What happens if I fail?
Fortinet requires you to wait 15 consecutive days after a failed attempt before retaking the exam. Fortinet's policy does not state a cap on the number of attempts. You cannot retake an exam you have already passed — Pearson VUE blocks registration for it.
