Price your own trip with the Sri Lanka fuel cost calculator, or check today's price on the fuel price today page. All six fuel tools on this site read one price table, so a revision is entered once and every tool follows:

How the table is kept

The prices are copied by hand from CEYPETCO's historical price table and checked against news reports of each revision. They were last checked on 1 October 2026. The tools that use them do not keep their own copies, which is how they stay in step:

// lib/data/sri-lanka-fuel-price-today.ts
export function ceypetcoPrice(grade: FuelGrade): number {
  const price = PRICE_TABLE.ceypetco[grade];
  if (price === null) throw new Error(`no CEYPETCO price for ${grade}`);
  return price;
}

// Every other fuel tool imports the price instead of storing it.
const PETROL_92 = ceypetcoPrice("petrol92");

Before this, three tools each held their own copy and kept quoting May's prices for months after two revisions. That error is on the corrections page.
